摘要 文中从牙髓干细胞(dental pulp stem cells,DPSC)多向分化潜力、研究进展及应用方面进行探讨,综合分析了DPSC多向分化能力的研究进展。DPSC可向三胚层细胞分化,例如向成牙本质细胞、软骨细胞等细胞分化,这将有助于DPSC的鉴定、牙齿再生、牙体牙髓疾病及其他疾病的治疗。 This is just a comprehensive analysis of the progress of the multi-directional differentiation capacity of dental pulp stem cells. After analyzing and coordinating accepted literatures, we have reached some achievements about the direction, the research progress and the application of the dental pulp stem cells' differentiation. Dental pulp stem cells could be differentiated into the cells of three germ layers, such as odontoblast cells, cartilage cells and so on. As a result, it may be applied in the identification of dental pulp stem cells, the tooth regeneration and the treatment of dental pulp disease and other diseases.
