摘要
论述了用PET回收瓶片料生产预取向丝的研制方法。即在常规的纺丝、卷绕设备的基础上,通过配置改造后的干燥设备、螺杆、过滤器的方法,达到用低成本的瓶片料纺涤纶预取向丝的目的,使配置后的设备具有柔性化、多样化,更好地适应市场发展的需要,取得更好的市场效益。
The development method of using PET recovery bottle chip to produce POY was introduced.On the basis of conventional spinning and winding equipments,by configuration the post modifacation drying equipment,screw extruder and filter,the goals of using low cost bottle chip to spin POY were achieved,The post configuration equipments have the characteristics of flexibility and diversification.The equipments can meet the requirements of the market better and obtain better market benefit.
