基于模糊综合决策的灌区农业经济技术应用

摘要 为了对灌区农业经济技术进行综合评价,建立了农业经济技术的指标体系,并拟定相应的分级标准,应用模糊数学理论建立隶属函数,利用变异系数法合理确定各指标的权重,利用相对偏差距离最小法进行模糊综合评价,并采用综合评价模型对河南省人民胜利渠灌区农业经济技术方案的优劣进行了综合评定。结果表明:在用水安全保障的条件下,保证劳力出勤,搞好科学管理,施药量和除草剂尽量少用,保护生态环境,产出效益最大。 In order to carry on synthetic evaluation to agricultural economy and technology in the irrigation area, the index system of agricultural e- conomy and technology were established, and the corresponding graduation standard was drawn up. Membership function was established with fuzzy mathematics theory. Weighting set of various factors was determined with variation coefficient method. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used with relative offset of the minimum distance. The plans of agricultural economy and technology in Renmin Shengli Canal in Henan Province were e- valuated by using the fuzzy comprehensive model. The results show that under the conditions of water security, guaranteed labors, good scientific management, spraying and herbicide used as little as possible and the ecological environment protected, the output efficiency will be the biggest.
