摘要
特色数据库建设是当前高校图书馆工作的重要任务。本文对西北地区陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海、新疆5省区高校图书馆特色数据库建设情况进行了调查。通过统计分析,认为西北地区高校图书馆特色数据库建设虽然取得了一定成果,但总体发展还相对滞后,存在着一些突出问题,需要采取相应的策略进行改进。
It＇s an important task for university libraries to construct characteristic databases. This paper made an investigation on the situation of the university libraries in Northwest China. On the basis of the statistical analysis on the materials, it found out and exhibited the achievement and the disadvantage. The corresponding strategies were employed to improve characteristic databases of the university libraries in Northwest China.
