基于CS-1000A工作原理及其对液晶显示模块的测量方法,详细分析了测量过程中影响测量结果的不确定度来源,作出了较全面的测量不确定度的评定,对科研、生产和技术交流具有重要的现实意义。
Based on CS-1000A＇s working mehanism and the measuring method of LCD Module,detailed analysis of the source of uncertainty which affects the measuremeut result during the measuring is presented,together with more comprehensive evaluations of uncertainty of measurement.This is realistic and important to the research and production of the module.
