基于FPGA的单频激光干涉仪高速相位检测器设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 设计并实现了一种对正交信号进行高速相位检测的FPGA电路,并将其成功应用于自制单频激光干涉测长系统中。该电路主要采用CORDIC算法并使用流水线结构,同时为了矫正实际测量时正交信号存在的畸变,增加了信号修正处理部分。仿真和实验结果表明该电路稳定可靠,满足高速、高精度相位检测的需求。 A high-speed quadrature-signal phase detection circuit is designed for single-frequency laser interferometer system.A pipelined CORDIC algorithm is adopted in the implementation.The section of signal correction circuit is added to correct the quadrature-signal distortion in the actual interferometer system. Simulation and experiment results show that the designed circuit is very stable and reliable in high-speed and high-precision phase detection.
