对鞍钢无缝钢管厂热轧二车间生产线安装的测长系统作以详细介绍。包括该系统的技术参数、设计要求、设计思想 ,具体列出采样驱动程序清单。实践证明 ,该测长系统可完全满足生产工艺过程的要求 ,达到 API国际标准。
The artical describes the length measurement system mounted in No.2 hot rolled strip shop in AISC Seamless Steel Pipe Plant in detail, include its technical parameters, design requirements, design perception and lists of driver program for sampling. It has shown that the length measurement system can meet the demands of the process completely and come up to API international standards.
