X90直缝埋弧焊管的研制 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了研制X90大直径直缝埋弧焊管的成型扩径工艺、焊接工艺及取样制样方法等,研究了X90钢的性能、微观组织及制管后的力学性能,如母材拉伸性能、落锤撕裂试验性能以及母材和焊缝区的V形缺口夏比冲击性能等。结果表明,采用该套工艺生产的X90直缝埋弧焊管的各项性能参数满足API SPEC 5L—2007《管线钢管规范》标准要求,且部分性能参数高于标准要求,合格率达到98%以上。 This article introduced the pipe forming,expansion,welding process,and methods for sampling and sample preparation of X90 grade large diameter SAWL pipe,studied the performance and microstructure of X90 steel plate,and the mechanical properties after JCOE process,such as tensile properties for the pipe body,DWTT properties,and CVN properties.The results showed that the performance of X90 steel pipe after JCOE process fully meet the requirements of API SPEC 5L—2007 Specification for Line Pipe,and portion performance high than specification requirement,the conformity rate is up to 98%.
