摘要
经皮冠状动脉腔内血管成形术(PTCA)已广泛应用于冠心病的治疗,但是仍存在再狭窄的问题。为了进一步认识这一问题,笔者概述了有关PTCA术后再狭窄的认识和发生机制,从临床研究、中西医综合防治研究、实验研究及防治机理等方面论证了中医药防治PTCA术后再狭窄具有一定的理论意义、使用价值和良好前景。
Percutaneous coronary angioplasty（PTCA） has been widely used in the treatment of coronary heart disease,but there are still problems of restenosis.To further understand this issue,I outlined on the knowledge of restenosis after PTCA and occurrence mechanism,and demonstrated the theoretical significance,value and good prospects from clinical research,prevention in the integrative medicine,experimental study and control mechanism.
