摘要
目的:观察自制蛭龙胶囊治疗缺血性卒中临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组法分为蛭龙胶囊治疗组和脑心通胶囊观察组,同时都给予银杏达莫注射液20ml静脉滴注,每日一次,两周一疗程。结果:按照中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表评分(CSS),两组治疗前后差值,治疗组优于观察组(P<0.01)。结论:自制蛭龙胶囊治疗缺血性卒中疗效肯定。
Objective： Observation the clinical effect on treating ischemic stroke with the Zhilong capsule.Methods： Randomized divided into the Zhilong capsules treatment group and Naoxintong capsule observation group,at the same time give the Ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection 20ml intravenous drip,once daily for two weeks course of treatment.Results： According to Chinese stroke clinical neurologic impairment rating scale score（CSS）,the two groups before and after treatment,the difference between the treatment group than the observation group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The efficacy of Zhilong capsule is certainly in treating ischemic stroke.
