摘要
为了探讨TH17在重度哮喘中的功能,定量研究随着TH17的初始量变化引起的免疫系统中重度哮喘的机制,找到重度哮喘可能的传播路径。本文以BIS为平台,参照BIS中DC初始量变化及相应的运行数量,仿真了TH17初始量变化的模型(ABM),并与BIS已仿真出来的DCs模型相比较,仿真模型符合临床数据,验证了模型的正确性,得出免疫高反应与TH17初始量无关的结论,指出了重度哮喘可能的传播路径,建议以TH17作为治疗重度哮喘的靶标,为临床治疗奠定了理论基础。
In order to discuss TH17 function in severe asthma,quantitatively study severe asthma mechanism in immune system with TH17 initial conditions change,find out possible propagation path in severe asthma.This paper takes BIS as a platform,references DC initial count change and run number in BIS,simulates TH17models with TH17 initial conditions change,and compares TH17models with DCs ones in BIS,confirms models correctness,draws such a conclusion that immune hyper-response has nothing with Th17 initial conditions change,points out that path of severe asthma propagation may be DCs/IL23/TH17,soggestses taking TH17 as a target in cure severe asthma,and giving theory basement for clinic cure.
