摘要
合成了高摩尔比(尿素:甲醛为3:1)的新型长效缓释脲醛化肥,对其合成过程进行监测,从而得到最佳反应条件。对产物的分析结果表明,它的AI达到了100%,有一定的耐水性。并与普通尿素和低摩尔比脲醛化肥做了对比实验,发现它不仅达到了缓释效果,而且比低摩尔脲醛化肥的缓释效果好。
A new methylene urea slow release fertilizer of high mole ration (U/F=3:I) has been synthe- sized. We have obtained the optimal reaction conditions by monitoring the process. The resuhs show that the new fertilizer's AI value is 100%, while it has definite water resistance. Compared with the ordinary urea and the low mole ratio methylene urea fertilizer, its slow release property is not only obvious but also better than the low mole ratio methylene urea fertilizer.
