摘要
目的探讨不同原因引起的腰椎管狭窄手术治疗的临床分析。方法对笔者所在医院2010年5月-2011年5月收治的52例腰椎管狭窄患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经随访,优占70%,良占23%,中占7%。结论全椎板切除术,卧床时间短,并发症少,效果较满意;半椎板切除,同时保留关节突行神经根扩大术,对脊柱稳定性影响较小,疗效较好。
Objective To analyze operation treatment methods of lumbar spinal canal stenosis caused by different reasons.Methods From 2010 May to 2011 May,operation treatment methods of 52 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results After follow-up,excellent accounting for 70%,good 23%,accounted medium accounting for 7%.Conclusion Total laminectomy have shorten bed time,less complications and satisfactory effect.Semi laminectomy and nerve root enlargement operation with retaining the facet have small impact on spinal stability and better effect.
