摘要
目的 观察TGF β和胶原酶、TIMP 1mRNA在增生性瘢痕中的表达 ,探讨TGF β对MMP 1和TIMP 1表达的影响以及它们在HTS形成中的作用。方法 采用原位杂交和图像分析技术 ,进行定性和定量分析。结果 增生性瘢痕组织中TGF β和TIMP 1表达较正常皮肤明显增高 ,平均积分光密度分别增加了 8倍和 7倍 ,也较胶原酶的表达明显增高 ,相差非常显著 ,TGF β表达与TIMP 1表达呈高度正相关。结论 TGF β可能促进TIMP 1表达 ,抑制胶原酶活性 ,阻止胶原降解 ,是HTS形成的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the expression of mRNA for TGF β,MMP\|1 and TIMP\|1 and their effects on the formation of hypertrophic scar (HTS). Methods In situ hybridization and image analysis were used in this study. Results The expressions of mRNA for TGF β and TIMP\|1 in HTS was greatly increased compared with those of normal skin. The average integral optical density of mRNA for TGF β and TIMP\|1 increased by 8 and 7 folds ( P <0.001) related to normal skin and the expression of them showed highly positive correlation.Conclusions The findings suggest that TGF β promotes the expression of TIMP\|1 and may be a possible factor for hypertrophic scar formation.
