摘要
差异化是高素质教师考评的核心概念,本文首先分析差异化教师考评的相关概念,其次分析美国教师差异化考评的实施现状。最后,从差异化考评教师的观点,提出我国教师专业考评的规则与实施的策略。
Difference is the core concept of high-quality teacher evaluation, this paper first analyzes the differences between the concepts of teacher evaluation, then analyzes the implementation of U.S. teacher evaluation. Finally, the paper puts forward rules and implementation of strategies evaluation for Chinese teachers' professional evaluation from differentiation evaluation perspective.
