摘要
适应时代的要求和教师角色的转变,发展性教师评价成为发展的趋势。通过在评价中突出教师的主体地位,促进教师积极参与到评价中,正确处理业绩评估和发展性评价的关系,以及明确评价的标准并关注教师个体差异,教师评价的主要功能正在由简单的评判转向促进教师不断发展。
Remarkable transition is taking place throughout the world in the major purpose of teacher evaluation from simple judgment to promoting teachers professional development. The main strategies adopted include: facilitating teachers' participation in evaluation, seeking a balance between performance appraisal and developmental evaluation, redefining the standards of teacher evaluation and taking each teacher's characteristics into consideration.
