In recent years global mineral exploration activities are concentrating on giant ore deposits or world\|class camps in concealed terrenes. New concepts and low\|cost efficient methods were developed to meet the real challenge for regional exploration of giant ore deposits or world\|class camps in large unexplored or under\|explored terrenes. These new concepts can be summarized as follows: geochemical blocks, hierarchical geochemical patterns, available metals for ore formation, tremendous endowment and accumulation of mineralization metals, direct information exploration, deep\|penetrating geochemistry, nanoscale metals in earthgas, mobile forms of metals, holistic geochemical sampling. From the studies it is concluded that the main difference between large or giant ore deposits and ordinary deposits lies in the tremendous endowment and accumulation of available mineralization metals for the formation of giant ore deposits. Thus, giant ore deposits are hosted by “geochemical blocks” with high abundance of metals in the earth crust and surrounded by a hierarchy of geochemical patterns from local, regional to provincial and even to domainal scales while ordinary deposits may be surrounded at most by local or small regional geochemocal anomalies. This hierarchy of primary geochemical patterns can be carried to the surface and build up large regional superimposed geochemical patterns over concealed giant ore deposits at surface. The omnipresent earthgas generated from the earth's interior probably play the most important role in the process of transport of mobile metals from deeply concealed deposits.\;Based on the above concepts and theoretical considerations, the author proposed a sampling system for the delineation of giant ore deposits, developed deep\|penetrating geochemical methods—collection of Nanoscale Metals in EarthGas (NAMEG) and selective leaching of Mobile forms of Metals in Overburden(MOMEO), and estimated available metal tonnage for ore formation.
