马来丝虫微丝蚴在蚊体内的脱鞘和穿壁观察 被引量:1

摘要 用蚊消化道体外培养、活体蚊解剖等方法,发现周期型马来丝虫微丝蚴在中华按蚊体内的穿壁活动通常发生于感染后的75~150min,占所有穿过胃壁的80%。最早穿壁发生于感染后的40min,最迟的到感染后4h。穿壁发生于消化道的广泛部位,包括前肠的后段、中肠以及后肠的前段。多数微丝蚴于胃内脱鞘,穿出胃壁的微丝蚴有10%仍带有鞘膜,这些微丝蚴可在血腔中完成脱鞘,并能继续发育至感染期。微丝蚴在东乡伊蚊体内的脱鞘与穿壁活动与中华按蚊的相似。 Exsheathment and midgut penetraticn by microfilariae(mf) of pericdic Brugia malayi were studied in intact Anopheles sinensis and Aedes togoi and in isolated midguts maintained in vitro in Lure's saline.Penetration began to occur 40 minutes postingestion(PI)of an infective blood meal and continued to happen until 4 hours PI,with the majority(80%)migrating out from 75-150 minutes in A.sinensis.Penetr- ation occurred anywhere on the midgut and mf were capable of penetrating the posterior segment of thn foregut and anterior segment of the hindgut.Exsheathment of mf frequently occurred within the midgut.Approximately 90% of the mf examined from the midgut after 1 hoar PI exsheathed after midgut penetration and some mf were sound to have their sheaths trailing from the posterior end.Lost sheaths were also found in the abdominal hemoeoel of mosquitoes examined.To determine if those sheat- hed mf could develop and exsheath within the hemocoele of mosquitoes,sheathed mf from abdominal cavity of jird were inoculated into the hemocoele of individual female mosquito by usinz a fine needle made of a capillary glass tubule.Results showed that sheathed mf could develop to the infective stage without midgut exposure. Exsheathment and midgut penetration of mf within Ae.topoi were similar to that found in A.sinensis.
