摘要
目的评价大剂量MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法 100例异位妊娠患者,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用大剂量MTX治疗;观察组采用大剂量MTX加用米非司酮治疗。结果观察组总有效率92.00%高于对照组78.00%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论大剂量MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠患者疗效可靠。
Objective To evaluation of efficacy about high-dose MTX and mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of eetopic pregnancy divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group： high-dose MTX treatment. The observation group：high-dose MTX and mifepristone treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group is 92.00% higher than 78.00% of the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion It is a reliable curative effect that high-dose MTX and mifepristone treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
