摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效。方法观察组40例采用甲氨喋呤、米非司酮联合治疗,对照组40例单用甲氨喋呤。结果甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗的成功率为92.25%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠效果优于单用甲氨蝶呤。
Objective To investigate curative effect of metbotrexate alone or combined with nlifepristone in treating tubal pregnancy. Methods Fourty patients in observation group were treated by methotrexate combined with mifepristone and 40 patients in control group were treated by methotrexate alone. Results The success rate of the observation group was 92.25% which was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）.The adverse reaction rate of two groups had no significant differenee（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone for tubal pregnancy conservative treatment is nroved better thnn mt^lhatroYnt~ alton.
