摘要
目的观察盐酸法舒地尔对脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白的影响。方法将我院神经内科2010年3月~2011年3月收治的126例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和实验组各63例;对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用盐酸法舒地尔,观察治疗前后两组患者的血清CRP水平的变化及评估两组患者神经缺损积分和疗效。结果两组相比CRP水平明显降低(P<0.05),实验组神经功能缺损积分优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论盐酸法舒地尔可有效降低急性脑梗死患者血清CRP水平,抑制炎症因子表达,并有抑制血管内膜、平滑肌细胞增生、对抗动脉硬化等作用,对急性脑梗死的治疗和预后具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of the hydrochloride fasudil to the C reactiqe protein (CRP) in the patients suf- fering the cerebra infarction. Methods All of 126 acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients were chosen from the neuro-inte- hal department of our hospital from March of 2010 to March of 2011 and divided inio two groups randomly. 63 were control group with the common treatment and the others were experimental group with the hydrochloride fasudil therapy after the common treatment. To observe the differences of the CRP between the before and the after in the two groups with the treat- ments, then evaluated the score of neuro-function impairment and the therapeutic effectiveness. Results Compared to the control group, the CRP level in the experimental group declined dramatically (P 〈 0.05), The score of neuro-function im- pairment was better than the control (P 〈 0.05). And the whole therapeutic effectiveness was higher than the control (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hydrochloride fasudil could reduce the CRP level in ACI patients and depress the expression of the in- flammatory factor (IF). It also could depress the hyperplasia of the endangium and the smooth muscle cell and counteract the arteriosclerosis. It played a significant role in the ACI therapy and post.
