摘要 目的:探讨急性脑梗死早期血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化的临床意义及法舒地尔对其影响。方法:治疗前检测105例急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、Hcy浓度,分析其与梗死大小、病因、病情的相关性。将105例急性脑梗死患者随机分为法舒地尔组(50例)和常规治疗组(55例),在治疗后再检测CRP、Hcy含量。结果:急性脑梗死患者CRP、Hcy急性期升高,梗死体积大、病情重则CRP、Hcy浓度高;不同病因的脑梗死患者CRP、Hcy水平均高于对照组,组间差异均具有显著性。治疗后法舒地尔组,CRP、Hcy含量和NDS降低更为明显。结论:急性脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hey)与梗死大小、病因、病情严重程度相关。法舒地尔能显著降低急性脑梗死患者CRP、Hcy含量,对缺血性脑血管病的防治具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To study the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and homocysteine(Hcy)and its clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction,to explore the effects of fasudil on the concentrations of CRPandHcy.Methods:Before treatment measured the concentration of CRP and Hcy in 105 patients with acute cerebral infarction,analysed the relativity among CRP and Hcy concentrations and infarct size,etiology and severity of infarction,compared with the nomal healthy group.All of the 105 patients were randomly assigned to fasudil therapy group(n=55) and conventional therapy group(n=50).The venous blood Samples were taken again for measureing the levels of CRP and Hcy.Results:CRP and Hcy concentrations of the patients with acute cerebral infarction rose in the acute phase.The larger infarction size and the severe group,the higher the CRP and Hcy was.The CRP and Hcy in different etiologic patients with cerebral infarction were all higher than that in the nomal healthy group,There was significant difference between four groups.After treatment the indexs of CRP and Hcy,NDS were lowed more significantly in fasudil therapy group Conclusions:The change of CRP、hcy could correlate with the infarct size,etiology and severity of infarction.fasudil further decreased the levels of CRP and Hcy in patients of acute cerebral infarction,CRP and Hcy may be valuable in diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
