摘要
通过对5组混凝土进行不同龄期的抗压强度试验,研究了聚丙烯纤维对引气混凝土早龄期强度的影响,结果表明聚丙烯纤维在混凝土基体水化反应的早期(特别是2、3 d的龄期尤为明显)对混凝土的强度有一定的提高。但是在基体的水化反应比较完全的时候,聚丙烯纤维的存在相当于减小了混凝土的密实度,从而降低了混凝土的强度,因为纤维的体积含量不大,所以增强和减弱作用都不是很大。此外还研究了聚丙烯纤维引气混凝土的抗压强度时变计算公式,通过对比国内外现有的计算公式,通过试验数据拟合出了聚丙烯纤维引气混凝土抗压强度时变计算公式,研究成果为工程实际提供试验和理论依据。
Based on 5 groups of concrete in different period of compressive strength test and the study of polypropylene fiber on concrete ear- ly-age strength influence, results show that the polypropylene fiber improve the concrete strength in the early(espocially 2d, 3d age particularly ap- parent).But in a matrix of the hydration re, action is relatively complete time,polypropylene fibers in the presence of equivalent to reduce the densi- ty of concrete,which reduces the strength of concrete,because the fiber volume content of little, so the strengthening or weakening effect is not great.In addition, studied the polypropylene fiber concrete compressive strength time-varying formula,by comparing the domestic and foreign ex- isting formulas,by fitting test data out of the polypropylene fiber concrete compressive strength time-varying calculation formula for engineering practice,research results provide experimental and theoretical basis.
