摘要
为了加快混凝土结构工程的施工进度,大部分混凝土构件在达到其标准养护龄期前就开始承受荷载.通过24个短龄期试件的试验实测与理论分析,对早龄期混凝土受弯梁的受力变形性能进行了研究.从构件的层次对早龄期混凝土受弯梁进行了试验研究,试件以混凝土的龄期和混凝土等级为变化参数,调查混凝土梁的早期受力与刚度的变化规律.试验结果与理论分析表明,混凝土等级较低,而且龄期较短的早期混凝土受弯构件将产生破坏模式的转化.实验与分析都显示,早期混凝土受弯构件中钢筋与混凝土之间粘结力比常规方法分析的低.研究结果可为混凝土受弯构件早期受力与变形性能的合理评价提供参考.
According to the experimental study and the theory analysis of the 24 samples, the mechanical performance and deflection of young concrete beams are investigated. Many concrete members in practical project are loading before their standard curing ages, in order to expedite the construction. The young concrete beam is investigated at the "member" level. 24 reinforced concrete beam samples with different concrete strength (C20,C30) and different curing ages are investigated by test and theory analysis. An attempt is made to study the early mechanical performance and stiffness of the reinforced concrete. The result from test and analysis shows that the failure pattern can be changed when the concrete strength is lower and the curing age is shorter. On the other hand, the bound strength between concrete and steel is lower than the result from common analysis method. The conclusions are of benefit to the professional theory and engineering practice.
