摘要
根据剑麻刮麻工作原理并结合实际需求,进行150T型剑麻刮麻样机设计,其设计创新点是先刮剑麻片叶稍部分,再刮剑麻片叶基部分。该机原理简单、结构合理,且工作协调、可靠,相比旧型刮麻机,纤维抽出率明显提高,值得推广应用。
According to the work principle of sisal fiber extractor and actual demand, the 150T type sisal fiber extractor was designed. Sisal fibers of the tip of leaves were firstly extracted and then the root of leaves was the innovative point of the design and this was the main difference to the old sisal fiber extractor. The machine based on a simple principle had the reasonable structure and worked stably and reliably. Compared with old machines, the extraction rate of fiber to 150T type sisal fiber extractor was obviously improved. So this machine was worthy of spreading to application.
