两相法提高轮枝拟青霉中虫草菌素含量的研究

摘要 以轮枝拟青霉(Paecilomyces verticillatus GZ)为材料,分别考察油酸和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯添加量以及添加时间对轮枝拟青霉产虫草菌素的影响。结果表明,接种GZ的同时添加6%(V/V)油酸,虫草菌素产量达到71.33(±2.61)mg/L,比对照组提高44%;接种GZ的同时添加6%(V/V)邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,虫草菌素产量达到59.21(±2.50)mg/L,比对照组提高20%。此法为简化虫草菌素的下游提取工艺提供了依据。 The study was conducted to explore the two-phase culture conditions for submerged fermentation of Paecilomyces verticillotus GZ to enhance cordycepin content . The results showed that 6%(V/V) of oleic acid or dibutyl phthalate was respectively introduced into shake flask culture at 0 h (the beginning of fermentation), mycelia were harvested after 7 d. The cordycepin production of GZ was respectively 71.33 (±2.61)mg/L and 59.21 (±2.50)rag/L, which was respectively 44% and 20% more than the control (no organic phase).
