摘要
区域科技创新平台具有汇集创新资源、促进区域共性技术研发、优化产业结构以及提升区域创新能力等作用。阐述了区域科技创新平台体系建设原则,给出了建设步骤,设计了平台体系运行机制,提出了相应的运行策略。
Regional science and technology innovation platform has the function of gathering innovation resources,promoting generic technology research,optimizing industrial structure and improving regional innovative ability. This paper puts forward establish principle of regional science and technology innovation platform system,provides steps,designs the operation mechanism and tactics of the platform system.
