摘要
科技创新平台是支撑全社会创新活动的重要载体和核心力量。本文首先运用系统思想构建了地方科技创新平台体系的基本架构,分析其运行过程,提出了推进地方科技创新平台体系有效运行的组织保障机制、协同整合机制、创新激励机制。旨在为我国地方科技创新平台的建设与发展提供参考及借鉴。
This paper designs a system framework of local sci-tech innovative platform and analyzes its process. Based on this analy- sis, to promote the platform running effectively three operating mechanisms are proposed： organization and guarantee mechanism, inte- gration and synergy mechanism, innovative motivation mechanism. This work provides references for the construction and development of chinese local sci-tech innovative platform.
