摘要
在全球金融危机二次探底的背景下,成功嵌入全球价值网将对我国产业集群转型和战略升级提供强劲动力。文章以绍兴纺织产业集群为例,基于全球价值网理论,深入分析了绍兴纺织产业集群现状和问题,并结合本地的综合比较优势对绍兴纺织产业集群的国际化发展进行了剖析。最后结合绍兴纺织企业自身的优势和特点,提出在全球价值网视角下促进传统纺织产业集群升级的对策。
In the background of the second shock of global financial crisis, success of embedded model in global value network provides strong power for the strategic transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters in our country. Taking Shaoxing textile industry clusters as an example, based on the theory of global value network, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems deeply, and explores international development combined with the local comprehensive comparative advantage. Finally, the paper proposes the countermeasures of upgrading of traditional textile industrial cluster according to Shaoxing textile enterprise advantages and characteristics from the perspective of global value network.
