摘要
采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法,探讨了外源添加乙酸钠和丁酸钠,对乳腺上皮细胞中乳脂肪酸合成的关键酶基因的影响,并采用半自动生化分析仪检测了添加乙酸钠和丁酸钠后培养体系中三酰基甘油浓度的变化,确定了体外调控乳脂肪酸生物合成的最佳乙酸钠浓度为16 mmol/L,最佳丁酸钠浓度为0.75 mmol/L,为人工调控乳成分的合成提供了理论依据。
Using fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method, explored the effects of exogenous additives sodium acetate and sodium butyrate on gene expression of the key enzymes in milk fatty acid synthesis in mannmry epithelial cells of dairy cow. And using semi-automatic bio- chemical analyzer detected the triacylglycerol concentration after adding sodium acetate and sodium butyrate in culture system, determined that the optimal sodium acetate was 16 mmol/L and sodium butyrate was 0.75 mmol/L regulating the biosynthesis of milk fat in vitro, provided a
