家蝇幼虫提取物的抗真菌作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分离纯化家蝇幼虫提取物并研究各组分的抗真菌作用。方法采用瞬时破壁法制备家蝇幼虫提取物,固相萃取进一步分离纯化提取物,检测各洗脱组分的抗真菌活性,并用SDS-PAGE分析各洗脱组分。结果采用瞬时破壁法制备的家蝇幼虫提取物经固相萃取后,多个洗脱组分具有抗真菌活性,电泳分析可见各洗脱组分含有多个蛋白或多肽。结论采用瞬时破壁法结合固相萃取的方法能对家蝇幼虫提取物进行初步的分离纯化,并筛选到具有抗真菌作用的蛋白组分。 Objective To purify and study the antifungal proteins or peptides from housefly larvae. Methods The extract of the housefly larvae was collected by transient body wall injury and isolated by solid phase extraction(SPE).The eluant from SPE was tested for the antifungal activity and analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Results After collecting extract by transient body wall injury and SPE,some fractions showed antifungal activity and SDS-PAGE showed that the fraction contained several proteins or peptides. Conclusion By transient body wall injury and SPE,the extract of the housefly larvae can be purified and the antifungal peptide can be selected.
