摘要
目的优化当归、川芎药对挥发油提取及包合工艺。方法以挥发油得率为指标,用单因素法对药材的粉碎度、浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间等因素进行考察。另以油利用率、包合物收得率、含油率为指标,用正交实验设计对包合工艺进行优选。结果药材以粉碎后、不浸泡、加10倍量水、煎煮6h为最佳提取工艺。包合最佳工艺为油(mL)与β-CD(g)的比例为1∶6,加30倍量的水,30℃条件下搅拌1h。结论该工艺对挥发油提取、包合效率较高,稳定可靠。
Objective To optimize the extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil from Radix angelica sinensis and Rhizoma chua- nxiong. Methods The extraction conditions of volatile oil from Radix Angelica sinensis and Rhizoma chuanxiong were optimized with taking soaking time, particle size, water amount as influencing factors and with the yield of the volatile oil as index. The pro- cessing of the β-CD inclusion compound was optimized with taking the ratio of fl-CD to volatile oil, the ratio of water to β-CD , the time and temperature of the inclusion process as indexes and with the yield of the inclusion compound and the inclusion rate of the volatile oil and the content of volatile oil from inclusion compound as indexes. Results The optimal process for oil extraction was as follows: crushing to pieces, without soaking, heating time for 6 h, water amount for 10 times. The optimal processing conditions for (fl-CD) inclusion compound of Radix Angelica sinenSis and Rhizoma chuanxiong were as follows:the ratio ofβ-CD to volatile oil 6 : 1 ,the ratio of water to β-CD 30 : 1 ,the inclusion time of the compound 1 h at 30 ℃. Conclusion High extraction yield of volatile oil and stable inclusion compound were obtained by the above method.
