摘要
采用饱和水溶液法,以油利用率、包合物收率、含油率为考察指标,以β-CD与挥发油的比例量、包合温度、搅拌时间为考察因素,用正交设计优选白术、陈皮挥发油的β-CD包合工艺。其优选工艺为:8倍量β-CD,50℃包合,恒温搅拌4小时。
With the quantity of β-CD, inclusion temperature and time as examing factors, using the ultizision ratio of oil from Rhizoma Atractylodes and Citrus reticulatea, taking the oil-bearing ratio and the yield of inclusion compound as indexes,we selected the optimum preparation conditions for inclusion by the orthogonal text, which were： 1 ： 8 （V/ W） （the ratio of oil β-CD）, 50℃ （the inclusion temperature）, 4 hours（the inclusion time）.
