摘要
】系统管理理论的发展需要新范式，非线性系统理论的引入则为这种新范式的产生与传统范式的转换提供了一个理论框架．本文在综述国内外关于企业系统演化及管理混沌理论的研究现状基础上。
The system theory as one of important management theory once upon time needs new paradigms whether theoretically or practically and then it would be back management stage when nonlinear system theory specially about chaos system theory will be applied to researching enterprise system evolution,investigating characteristics of enterprise system.The paper gives a review on the state of the art and puts forward some insights on applying chaos theory to exterprise evolution research.
