摘要
选取某化工园区主要的13家企业为对象,进行了行业吸引力和企业竞争力评价。首先采用层次分析法确定评价指标体系要素的评分标准和权重,计算出各企业行业吸引力和相对竞争力,最后使用GE矩阵分析模型对评价结果进行系统分析,确定各企业适合的发展战略。
In this paper, thirteen enterprises chemical industrial park were selected to evaluate their industry attractiveness and business strength. Firstly, analytic hierarchy process was used to establish an evaluation factor system and score criterion. Then, their industry attractiveness and business strength were obtained. Finally GE multi-factor matrix analysis model was applied to the system, to determine the strategy for business development.
