The significance of perspectiveness and feasibility in drawing up enterprise＇s development program for the 12th Five-Year Plan was analyzed. Suggestions and application methods were put forward to ensure the fulfillment of this development program based on the Group Company＇s general development strategy and the development manner of coal quality assortment and their respective utilization.
