摘要
目的:探讨高龄老年股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术治疗的临床效果。方法:采用我国髋关节置换效果评定标准,回顾性分析68例高龄老年人股骨颈骨折行人工股骨头置换术的临床资料。结果:68例患者术后切口均为一期甲级愈合。随访3～12个月。优良52例,很好4例,好3例,尚可3例,差2例。4例术后死于冠心病、脑血管意外。结论:高龄老年人股骨颈骨折采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,是简单、安全、有效的方法。
Objective：To explore the treatment effects of artificial femoral head displacement operation for high-aged old man.Methods：We adopted our national the effect assess standards for the hip joint displacement.The clinical data of artificial femoral head displacement operation were analyzed retrospectively for the 68 cases of high-aged old man.Results：The incision of 68 cases are all first best intention.They were followed-up survey for 3~12 months（average 6 months）.Their 52 cases are best good,4 cases are good,3 cases are better good,3 cases are feasible,2 cases are not good,4 cases died of coronary disease and/or cerebrovascular accident after operation.Conclusion：The femoral neck fracture for high-aged old man adopted the treatment of artificial femoral head displacement operation which is a simple,safe and effective method.
