摘要
随着经济发展水平的不断提高和人民群众需求的历史性变化,中国正在进入一个新的历史时期。新时期对公共政策的新要求是要把完善利益格局放在中心位置,正视当前发展阶段出现的城乡差距、地区差距和个人收入差距。要把缩小三类差距和走共同富裕道路摆在公共政策的重中之重,不断完善市场体制,发挥政府在协调利益格局中的作用,积极推动社会力量参与利益格局的完善。
With the economic development and historical changes in people＇s demand, China is entering a new historical period. In the new era, new requirements for public policy are to complete the pattern of interests, and to face the gap between the urban and rural areas, the regional disparities and the personal income difference. The priority of public policy should be put to narrowing down the gap between the three aspects. It is essential to constantly improve the market system, enhance the coordination of the government, and actively promote the participation of social forces.
