摘要
根据目前高校采用的辅导员制、专业导师制和辅导员助理制(学长制)三种管理模式的各自特点,结合河北女子职业技术学院管理的实际,探索构建了立体复合型学生管理模式,并探讨了立体复合型管理模式的运行特征。
According to the current university of the system, professional counselor system and the assistant system （senior system） three management model of their respective features, combined with the hebei women＇s professional technology institute of management practice, explore the three-dimensional building complex student management pattern, and discusses the stereo complex management operating modes of the features.
