摘要
造成广西环保问题的主角是企业,而企业的本质是赢利,故将企业环保问题纳入企业经营过程,使其本身能为企业带来利润的企业环保经营化战略是解决企业环保问题从而解决广西环保问题的最有效、最可持续的途径。而建立在企业环保经营化战略国内外理论研究与实际操作情况基础上的广西企业环保经营化战略思维框架包括以下四个层次:从战略高度看待企业环保问题、树立以经营化方式解决企业环保问题的理念、制定企业环保经营化战略、巧妙设计企业环保经营化战略实施模式。
Enterprises are the main players for the environmental issues in Guangxi,and the nature of enterprises is to seek for profit.Therefore,the integration of environmental protection into the enterprise operations and making the environment-friendly operation strategy profit-generating for the enterprises are the most effective and sustainable ways to address environmental issues in Guangxi.Based on the international and domestic theoretical research and actual practices of environment-friendly enterprise operation strategy,the framework of thinking for environment-friendly enterprise operation strategy should include the following four levels： viewing the enterprise environmental issues from a strategic perspective,establishing the concept of addressing environmental issues through an environment-friendly operation strategy,setting an environment-friendly enterprise operation strategy,and tactically designing the implementation pattern for the environment-friendly enterprise operation strategy.
