摘要
从主体功能区的视角,利用泰尔指数对广东省教育支出状况进行考察。研究发现,近年来广东省教育支出的总体差异呈缩小趋势,教育均等化服务水平有所提高,但矛盾仍然存在,最主要的矛盾来自于各类主体功能区之间教育支出的不均等。为了缩小区域教育差距,应加强省政府对教育发展所需投入的统一规划,加大教育支出力度,合理分配有限的教育资源,保障各类功能区主体功能定位的有效落实。
From the view of development priority zones, the status of education expenditure within Guangdong prov-ince is reviewed with Theil index. It shows the regional variation becomes smaller as a whole in recent years, and the equal access of education service is improved, while the variation between the development priority zones gets a higher contribution in the total. This means more efforts should be taken in the provincial level to narrow the gap, such as increasing the governmental finance input, rationalizing the distributions of the funds, in order to the plan of the development priority zones. safeguard
