摘要
目的:通过比较培养前标本涂片检查与培养结果的符合率,评价细菌涂片检查在临床辅助诊断中的应用价值。方法:对300例临床送检不同类型标本先进行培养前标本涂片染色检查再去做细菌培养,观察二者的符合率。结果:300例临床送检标本包括痰液标本104份,尿液86份,脓液98份,胸腹水12份,标本的涂片检查与培养结果符合率分别为74.0%、74.4%、82.7%、83.3%。结论:临床标本培养前标本的涂片检查与细菌培养结果有较高的符合率,验证了培养前标本涂片检查在临床辅助诊断中的早期诊断、早期治疗的指导意义。
Objective：To evaluate application value of specimen smear examination in clinical diagnosis by comparing thecoincidence rate between the training specimen smears and bacterial culture result. Methods： Different types of specimens submitted in 300 patients were given smears examination and then were performed bacterial culture in which coincidence rate was observed. Results： The coincidence rate between smears examination results and bacterial culture results was respectively 74%,74.4%,82.7%,83.3% including 104 copies of sputum specimens,86 copies of urine,98 copies of pus specimens and 12 copies of pleural effusion and ascites. Conclusion： There is a higher coincidence rate between between smears examination results and bacterial culture results in clinical specimens,which validates the guiding significance in early diagnosis, treatment of the specimen smear before bacterial culture.
