摘要
目的:采用总量统计矩分析法对补阳还五汤提取物HPLC指纹图谱进行分析。方法:建立补阳还五汤提取物HPLC指纹图谱。对10批补阳还五汤样本,采用总量统计矩分析法,计算其相关参数并进行分析。结果:10批药材补阳还五汤纯成分的平均AUCT为1.976×107μV.s;AUCPWT为3.807×104μV.s/mg;MCRTT为13.72min,VCRTT为15.74 min2;浓度CT为519.0 mg/mL。结论:统计矩原理可用来刻画多成分(峰)曲线性的特征,AUCT能用于中药复方指纹图谱定量分析,AUCPWT、MCRTT、VCRTT能用于中药复方指纹图谱定性分析。本法具有加合运算的特征,能消除溶剂的干扰,获得纯品的总量统计矩参数;具偶联性,能与多维向量偶联构成多维曲线中心矩及偏差分析。
Objective ：To analyse the HPLC fingerprint of BYHW decoction extract. Methods： HPLC fingerprint of ten BYHW de- coction extracts were established to calculate correlation parameter by total quantum statistcol moment（TQSM）. Results： The TQSM＇ s parameters of ten BYHW decoction extract, such as AUCT was 1. 976 x 107μV · s, AUCPWT was 3. 807 x 104 ^4μV · s/mg, MCRTT was 13.72 min, VCRTT was 15.74 min2 , and total quantum concentration was 519.0 mg/mL. Conclusion： The total quantum statistic moment can be used to characterize the curve of chromatographic fingerprints with expressive parameters above, also to quantitative an- alyses by AUCT and qualitative analyses by AUCPWT, MCRTT and VCRTT.
