为适应培养高素质肝胆外科医学人才的需要,从加强人文教育、合理运用多种教学方法、培养学员自主学习和解决问题的能力,以及做好医患沟通工作等多方面提高学员综合素质进行探索,提升学员的社会责任感及临床综合能力,同时也促进了教员业务水平的提高。
