摘要
为统一维和医疗分队人员抽组,在调研以往医疗分队维和相关工作问题基础上,结合联合国的维和相关政策与工作实践,参照外军标准,就医疗分队人员抽组进行探讨,建议标准人数为36人,根据每个队员的专业特长可稍做调整,队员尽量一专多能。
In order to unify the composition of the peace - keeping medical contingent, after reviewing the present documents that related the mission, investigating the memorandum and reference to foreign troops and our practice, the composition of the peace - keeping medical contingent was proposed. The standard medical contingent is composed of 36 personnel including headquarters of 3 people, the outpatient unit of 10 people, 1 dentist, and surgery unit of 7 people, ICU 3 person, 1 liaison officer and 11 logistics personnel. These 36 personnel can be adjusting slightly according with their specialties and skills.
