摘要
对我军首次成建制参加国际医疗救援的预案拟订、人员抽组、物资筹措、卫勤组织指挥及政治思想工作等进行总结探讨,为我军执行大规模国际灾害医疗救援提供参考经验。
The experiences of military international medical rescue were discussed in which the team was established as a organizational system. The practices as drawing up the plan, organizing personnel, preparing goods and materials, commanding the health organization and providing the thought political education were summed up which will provide references for the army to carry out big-scale international disaster medical rescue in the future.
