摘要
基于粮食供应链在粮食物流发展中的作用,阐述了基于供应链的粮食物流信息化的含义。针对我国粮食物流信息化存在的问题,基于粮食物流供应链,设计了汇集粮食质量检测信息及追溯,粮食物流管理及监控、粮食物流质量管理和专家决策等多种功能集成的粮食物流信息服务网络平台。介绍了该网络平台的主要组成和主要技术实现。依托该粮食供应链网络平台,可实现粮食质量检测信息管理和发布,粮食的可信流通及监控,促进粮食物流信息化的发展。
Based on the role of grain supply chain on grain logistics development , This paper illustrates the definition of grain logistics informationization based on grain logistics chain. According to the problems of our country＇ s grain logistics infomationization, the information service network platform of grain logistics is build based on grain logistics chain, the primary components and key technology of the network platform are introduced. This network platform of grain logistics chain can realize quality information management and pulication of grain , dependable cir- culation and monitor of grain logistics, and promoting the grain logistics Informationization.
