摘要 铝合金凭借其优良的物理性能,成为汽车,航空等零部件的首选材料,消失模铸造技术因其良好的经济效益以及铸件的优良性能成为"21世纪的新型铸造技术"。航空,交通运输等工业的发展促进了铝合金消失模铸造技术的发展,成为铸造业不可忽视的一项技术。文中主要介绍了铝合金消失模铸造技术的研究及应用现状,并进行展望。 Aluminum alloy become the first selection material of the component of automotive and aviation due to excellent physical properties.Because of its good economic efficiency and the excellent properties of castings,lost foam casting technology become "new foundry technology of the 21st century".The development of aviation,transportation and other industries promote development of the aluminum alloy in lost foam casting technology.The paper introduces the research and application status of aluminum lost foam casting technology.
