摘要
实型(消失模)铸造在我国虽已有33年历史,但真正获得较快发展的是80年代末中国铸造协会实型铸造专业委员会成立(当时仅18家会员单位)后,尤其是近几年发展更为迅速。据不完全统计,现今在我国从事这项新技术研究和应用的约有110余家单位,是1988年中国铸造协会实型铸造专业委员会成立时的6倍。其中:研究院所和高等院校有14家,消失模铸造原辅材料和专用设备生产厂点有15家。1997年中国实型(消失模)铸件产量近25800t,比1995年产量增加1倍(其中98%是黑色金属铸件),但仅占现有生产能力的16%;可见,中国消失模铸造的发展前景是十分可观的。
FM(EPC) has been developed for 33 years in China. In practice, however, a rapid development was obtained just after the Foundry Association Full Mold Casting Committee was founded at the end of this 80’s (at that time only 18 members registered in the Committee), espccially in the recent years. As shown in an incomplete statistic, at present there are about 110 groups working on the research and application of this kind of new technology, which is about 6 times the figure when the Committee was founded, Among them are 14 high academies or research institutes and 15 companies or plants for raw materials, auxiliary materials, and exclusive facilities. In 1997, the output of EPC castings runs up to 25 800 t in China, as is 2 times as much as in 1995(98% of the output is of ferrous castings) Considering that it is only 16% of the curent throughput, this kind of new lechnology is very promising in China.
