摘要
目的探讨实施Orem自理模式对直肠癌Miles术后患者生活质量的影响。方法选择62例直肠癌行Miles术后患者随机分成观察组及对照组各31例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组应用Orem自理模式护理，比较两组患者的生活质量。结果观察组患者自我护理能力明显增强，生活质量明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论应用Orem自理模式在直肠癌Miles术后患者的护理，使患者从被动接受治疗护理转为主动参与治疗护理，提高自我护理能力，改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence of Orem self - care model on quality of life of rectal cancer patients after Mi- les. Methods A total of 62 cases of rectal cancer patients after Miles were randomly selected and divided into control and observation group with 31 patients in each group. Patients in control group were received with conventional care model, while in observation group with Orem self - care model, quality of life of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the patients of observation group were significantly enhanced self - care ability and quality of life （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusions Through the application of Orem self - care model in Miles postoperative care of rectal cancer, patients are received treatment from a passive into active participation, improved self- care capacity and quality of life.
